Blestri provides media services, including video editing, dubbing, channel management, thumbnail design, and web development. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each service will be defined in the agreement or proposal shared with the client.

2. Payments & Pricing
All service fees are to be paid as per the agreed-upon terms.
Payments must be made in the specified currency and within the deadlines.
Late payments may result in delays in service delivery or additional charges.
Custom projects may require an upfront deposit.
3. Revisions & Approvals
Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions as specified in the agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Once final approval is given, further changes will be treated as new requests.
4. Delivery Timelines
Blestri ensures timely delivery of all services. However, delays caused by client-side factors, such as late approvals or incomplete information, are not the agency's responsibility.
Delivery timelines will be communicated clearly during project discussions.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide clear instructions, complete information, and necessary materials for the project.
Timely feedback and approvals are essential to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Confidentiality
Blestri maintains strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details.
All shared materials remain the property of the client and will not be used for other purposes without written consent.
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client upon full payment.
Blestri retains the right to use non-confidential work samples for portfolio purposes unless explicitly restricted by the client.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Refund eligibility depends on the project’s progress and specific terms agreed upon in the contract.
Upfront payments for completed work are non-refundable.
9. Limitation of Liability
Blestri is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Any claims must be raised within 15 days of project delivery.
10. Modifications to Terms
Blestri reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients and updated on our website.
